Pros
They'll hire anyone. Acceptable vacation time. Real career advancement opportunities for beginners because of high turnover. Friendly people.
Cons
No organization whatsoever. Not really project management. Basically, we just blindly throw a pile of jobs with random deadlines in the general direction of a team of translators we know very little about, and cross our fingers. We have no idea if they can actually do the jobs in time or even who will do them, we work on blind faith, so of course we often can't deliver. Same thing all day everyday. High turnover = everybody's a noob. Often dealing with angry clients because somebody sold them the moon and we can't simply tell them that's not really feasible.
