Pros
+Very easy to land a job in SDL (very low entry requirements and even lower expectations) +Very flexible in terms of working hours and working from home +Perfect starter job if you want to get settled in the town
Cons
-"Normal" employees quit often and early into their careers. On average people quit after 2-3 years max. -Higher positions are exclusively occupied by workoholics. You will be expected to act the same if you want mid/high level promotions. Expect 10-14 hour work days on a regular basis, regardless of what field you work. -Very communist in terms of empolyee treatment. Everyone is collectively responsibile for meeting quotas and targets. Individual effort is rarely recognized -Very inflexible management. Decisions that months to make -Introducing changes is so much effort for higher management, they often don't feel like doing it at all
