Pros
Great colleagues, generally positive and open working environment. Great place to hone your chops in the localization industry. For the ambitious, lots of opportunity to make a mark in terms of redefining role and remit. Good reputation from customers and vendors.
Cons
Lacks innovation. With some exception, doesn't have the resources to support and retain high-performing staff. Strong organic growth of business, but struggles with new sales.
