A competitive base salary, a very generous pension, and a history of large bonuses in high-profit years (although not guaranteed).
Cons
A very flat structure means minimal progression opportunities. Attempts are being made to improve progression in-role, but it's nowhere near established yet. Management roles are often long-serving and change-averse; leadership promotes the idea of challenging the status quo but very rarely models it.
