      Pros

      Cool Cloths, Good materials, as a retailer, they really had it going on in the beginning.

      Cons

      Ego Driven Ownership, success really had nothing to do with the "visionary" LOL Patrick Tenore Jr.. Useless ownership, good peeps to work with, pay sucked. Over Worked. ownership has no loyalty for the hard work you put in.

      lots of leadership changes, had different GM every 1-2 years. Led to course changes and confusion with the team.
