      -Work with the best people in the industry in Ireland -Interesting, thought provoking work -Great work/life balance

      Cons

      -The DG is stripping the place for parts - it feels like it will be unrecognisable in a couple of years. -Semi-state, but there is no recognition of success - seniority wins out in spite of talent. -Made to feel ashamed of working there -Absolutely no perks whatsoever
