Terribly managed, confusing work place - Customer Service Representative RTZ Systems Employee Review

Was able to work with smart women in tech. Gave raise after first year. Got to travel for conferences and to client sites. They were good about letting me take time off for medical appointment. Has competitive bay area benefits package

Hard job to learn at first. Can be complicated.

Received a new MacBook on first day. Have been flexible with working from home during the last year and a half. Easy to talk to managers, who gave positive words of encouragement. Benefits and salary are competitive even by Bay Area standards (medical/dental/retirement plan match). Nice to be supporting a good cause, and to be part of a growing company. Staff is diverse and welcoming.

One former employee in an entry level role was not taking to training as quickly as others. Seemed to not be the right fit, caused some challenges when trying to collaborate or hand off projects.
