A little low on the pay scale, union based

The last five years have been a wild ride at RTX. I came on as a consultant when UTC merged with Rockwell Collins and started work in the merger with Raytheon shortly after. It has been challenging but engaging the whole time with a chance to interact with some of the most brilliant people I’ve ever met.

Same as the pros really. There has been so much change for the last five years that it’s been hard to keep your teams ready for each new change.
