Pros
Good people, good engineering. Great environment once you get comfortable with your team. Flexible working hours (within reason) once established, with benefit of the doubt given until proven otherwise.
Cons
Health insurance for anyone but single is very expensive with mediocre coverage for what you pay. Starting to pinch budget around the edges which is starting to hamper culture.
