      Pros

      There is a real group collaborative feel when you work there. Management is actively involved in everyone's work and everyone was real open to working together to accomplish projects.

      Cons

      Open desk layout which is hard to concentrate sometimes when people are talking. Little to no training, so as a new person you just wing-it.

      Friendly staff that wanted to help out.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, expected to know everything right away. Complaints don’t get followed through. An employee would only get once chance, yet management is given multiple chances and nothing changes.
