Since joining RTG Medical this year, I have been more than impressed with the innovation and support of the company and management to our entire staff. RTG Medical invests in their employees through our top-notch wellness program, giving back to employees and the community and having an open-door policy for new ideas. In my career, I have never felt more genuine engagement and compassion from my boss and other leaders of the company. RTG Medical truly is a game changer not only in work, but in my life. I’m excited to come to work on Monday and learn and grow each day from the colleagues around me! We have two full-time employees invested in our volunteer program, and we provide multiple opportunities for our staff to volunteer throughout the year. We will also be rolling out a new leadership and strength’s based program for all employees in 2018.
