Thank you for sharing your feedback and I'm happy to hear that overall it was a positive experience and that you were felt comfortable enough to connect with your co-workers on a meaningful level. We try to create an environment where people can be authentic at work while also respecting boundaries. I also want to acknowledge that lay-offs are a really tough thing to go through and as we process the event in our minds, it's natural to try to make sense of these things by putting various pieces together from our experience. That is why at RTA, we do everything we can to be appropriately transparent to all employees and to communicate the reasoning behind business decisions, whether it's in company all-hands meetings, one-on-one settings with your manager or skip level meetings with me or other members of leadership.
