-more than enough work to do as a fresher -get a lot to learn -salary almost on time
Cons
-have to work in under fan in hot summer -have to drink water from Matka only, employee have to wash that Matka and fill drinking water in it -no work-life balance(only work) -you have to work on your off day to get you approved paid leave for 4days
