Work less hours than the Big 4 with compensation in line with the Big 4, but without the prestige
Cons
Scheduling can be unfair. If you book PTO for 1 day a week for multiple weeks (summer only, since you're not allowed any PTO from January-April), its likely you won't get scheduled on clients. Whereas, your peers will be stuck with fully packed schedules doing all the extra work. Aside from your basic 401K and health plans, there aren't many added perks. RSM rarely fires employees and promotes everyone on the same track, leading to incompetent people in running engagements.
