Thank you for taking the time to review your experience of working at RSM in Leeds. We are pleased to hear the views of our people and happy to hear how much you enjoyed working on our varied client base and found the support, both in terms of our training and more generally, a positive experience during your time with us.
In regards to your comments on our salaries, we do spend a lot of time and effort ensuring that what we reward our people is benchmarked against our competitor firms and we also keep abreast of market developments. Salary increases are based on individual performance in role and I am confident that we are competitive and reward our people accordingly.
We have spent a lot of time over the last few years on employee engagement and ensuring we are a forward thinking employer which I am sure you will have not failed to miss during your time with us in Leeds. This was recognised recently with the Leeds office being short listed as Employer Of The Year at this year’s Yorkshire Accountancy Awards, which was in part recognition for the initiatives we have recently launched including our programme of events and activities on mental health and wellbeing, free yoga and fitness classes, 'Free Food Fridays', our Reverse Mentoring Programme and many more things.
