Pros
They encourage learning and education.
Cons
So many…. 1) they tell you there’s room anywhere to transfer or advance your career, but that is NOT true!!! We were in meetings where upper management promises such, but management tells us otherwise. Laid off and we asked about other opportunities within the company and they said we would have to apply after the lay off takes place. 2) they don’t encourage their sales team to sale all services. Our company was acquired by RSM and a year later I attended a company Christmas party and the sales guy had no idea they offered the service that I worked under. Next thing I knew, there’s not enough work to keep me employed. 3) zero empathy and zero ‘thank you for your contributions’ when laying off staff. 4) 401k match is voided if you have a loan that you’re paying on. 5) Can’t have outside employment working for auditing firm. 6) Company structure is extremely overwhelming!!! Can’t find anything. Have no idea what’s going on with the company. Nobody knows who to contact to get any answers to anything. Employer contribution to medical and dental suck!
