Company with high turnover - Anonymous employee RSI Security Employee Review

Rude team run by inconsiderate management. High turnover due to lot of issues within the team and clients. CEO and his right hand COO who has no knowledge of what company's business is and managers are busy with trivial things but not solving real issues like expanding offerings, training, keeping quality employees. Only a few old folks staying on because they will not be hired nor tolerated anywhere else. Stay away from this company.
