Clueless management - Design Engineer II RSE Employee Review

Great management. Supports all employees.

Long days. Sometimes quick completion time.

A couple of the project managers are great to work with. HR is very helpful.

Creativity is squashed and processes are too rigid for positive evolution. Collaboration is generally non-existent, and professional knowledge and experience is not shared. Upper management can be very, very autocratic while at the same time very, very passive aggressive. Unsurprisingly, communication from upper management is abhorrent.
