Pros
Not as political as many organisation, generally nice folks just doing their jobs. Low context working environment.
Cons
Unless you are in sales, very limited opportunities and benefits. Bonus is given out quarterly and there is a strong focus to meet the quarter numbers. What is apparant is the lack of longer term planning or foresight. No communication on career path due to limited opportunities within this small organisation.
