Pros
The role is very face-paced which I love, This keeps every day different but with a clear objective. I also really enjoy that we have trust as Bid Mangers to do the role and right things with-out being micro-macnaged. This has been a challenge in some of my previous roles. The role is also very rewarding from internal stakeholder feedback to some £ reward.
Cons
Some stakeholders are new and don't understand the process and can sometimes come across as negative or frustrated. As a team we are working on this to improve processes and ensure visibility of the team.
