I recently left RQM due to the toxic culture. As I read through these most recent reviews, I can fully confirm their validity. What I find most amusing are the responses from the HR team. Almost made me throw up a little. They need to learn that their words mean nothing when they aren’t backed with action and sincerity. I don’t know a single consultant that would agree with what HR is claiming in the responses. No one feels safe going to HR for fear of losing their job.
The truth:
- The best people are leaving the company because they do not feel valued
- Clients are doing business with other firms because RQM has nothing special to offer, and they are far too overpriced for what they do offer
- Consultants that remain are in constant fear that they will lose their jobs
- Leadership is terrible. They once had a people-centered formula that drove the success of the company. After the new CEO took over, the culture is toxic & no one is happy. This has led to loss of key talent.
- They are letting go of people after their assignments come to an end. This means if clients have a need in the future, they will be getting less qualified consultants that RQM knows very little about.
