Pros
I worked at RPX full-time for two years. Great team (although team quality varied pretty drastically across the org) Very talented, experienced executives Amazing view from the office!
Cons
Does anyone ever get fired from RPX? Hardly ever. Even when they should be. Way too many corporate politics. Gossip and pettiness, even at the executive level. Your growth opportunity will either be amazing or abysmal, depending on your manager. They need to be willing (and have the political clout) to advocate for you, or you aren't going anywhere.
