Pros

As someone that has worked in MNCs & SMEs, I'd say RPG is by far one of the best company I've been in, in the area of: - Flexible working hours (as long as you don't miss your meetings & deadlines, can deliver things on time, no one really cares what time you start work) - I appreciate this the most as I never got to enjoy this perk all my life until now lol - Fast paced startup environment, this is the place where you would really get to push boundaries of what you can really do. You just need to be super adaptable. It is after all one of the fastest growing start ups in SEA. The kind of environment that people who are outspoken, driven & willing to push boundaries would excel here. It is not the place for you to "chill". - Not much politics, at least not as bad as my previous experiences. Issues are brought up & discussed amicably.

Cons

- As the company grows I find more processes are needed to set in place now. It will prevent a lot administrative issues in the future. - This WAS a con: in earlier days the overall messaging from the company conveying about our short/long term goals weren't super clear in the beginning (kinda too vague) but now are actually getting clearer and more direct about what it is expected to achieve.

Pros

Higher basic pay than others.

Cons

- Not fair at all. Deduct lateness 1min rm1 but without black & white. - Only high position level staff can get maternity leave as HR mentioned before.
