Pros

They invest a lot of time in training their staff and the team is technically strong which is great exposure for individuals. Some of management staff are very nice, but have no say. They pay on time but will definitely rub it in your face like its a favor and not their only duty towards the staff. They do have great rapport with the distributors and product owners which helps the business and revenue.

Cons

The company treats its employees as slaves and there is no work life balance. You are expected to practically live and die for RNS. Compensation wise they are bad paymasters. The management team can compete for a contest in bragging which is their prime expertise. The work culture is very political, pressurizing and toxic. They are masters at exploiting the staff and a bunch of cheaters. The staff is pretty good but the management is toxic beyond belief.

Pros

There is a strong emphasis on professional development, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, take on challenging projects, and grow within the organization. Work-life balance is genuinely encouraged, and the flexible environment allows you to perform at your best without burnout.

Cons

While the overall environment is excellent, the fast-paced nature of the company can sometimes lead to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. As the organization continues to grow, a few internal processes could benefit from further streamlining to keep up with the scale. Communication between departments is good but could be even more consistent as teams expand.
