Love the people I work with

Little to no oversight from managers

Great Coworkers - excluding managers. Low level employees are a close bunch Convenient location Paid holidays and sufficient PTO time

No room for advancement High turnover constantly restructuring - job security is minimal Benefits are not competitive Never gives raises. I worked there over three years and never once got a raise. Bonus structure constantly changing and becoming harder to meet Management very passive aggressive. Instead of addressing an issue with an individual employee, they continually address the entire department and nothing gets fixed. Building is dirty. The carpet on the collection floor is filthy and stained and has never been cleaned or replaced since I've been here. Not very family oriented. If you're sick and have to miss work, you're looked down upon. Pay is terrible - hourly is not sufficient for the work done. Many lay offs. CEO left over a year ago - upper management always changing. Revolving door.
