Telecommuting isn't an option for staff

Very good manager. It management with this company is top notch. Willing to listen to new ideas. Very demanding but they have to be. When IT management walked in, nothing was documented and they needed answers.

Corporate budget issues. RLJ is heavily in debt which made it hard to modernize operations for its Stillwater office. Don't know how this is affecting other offices but Stillwater location was shuttered and entire staff laid off.
