Pros
Thr pay is okay for young hishsxhool and college graduates who are looking for a start in the workforce and possible the business aspect of Pharmacy. The building and office space is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. When I started my onboarding manager was Jefmar and he is probably the most pleasant manager to deal with personality wise. The have a cold brew machine. A rooftop space where you can eat your lunch. Really beautiful workspace. The CEO is probably the best at taking care of his employees without getting too personal. Free lunch’s consistently. At one point it was a weekly basis.
Cons
For the most part everything was good until the company started to grow due to lack of organization things became very scattered and the employee goals (at least in my role) weren’t clear and concise so it was hard to navigate if you were meeting company expectations but my manager was always happy to tell me I wasn’t with out a plan of action.
