Pros
My division was very relaxed and easy going. Work was unbelievably easy, I'd spend most of the day waiting for work. My supervisors were very nice to me and I had time and room to learn about the workings of the company on my own accord. Was asked to come back after University.
Cons
A lot of drama going on in between and within divisions. Wasn't involved in any of it but actively saw it happening. Saw and heard stories of many employees leaving because of it.
