Pros

Not much, cool coworkers that are going through the same struggle make it easier to get through. My account executive was a great dude hate to see him still there. If you are struggling to find work and this is your last resort take it. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I guess there is somewhat of an opportunity to make money.

Cons

I don’t really know where to begin. THESE GUYS LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE.They lie to everyone about what the starting pay is, what the hours are, how fast they will get you promoted, what to tell clients, lie to the contractors about the roles and how much they will make. Whatever they can do to get your going they will do it. They will sell you the dream, tell you that you will make 6 figures in a year and use the people who started here a couple years ago as examples. Only problem is you gotta pretty much sell your soul, all your time with family and friends and any personal life to achieve it. You will be a cog in the RHM system forever. If you are fresh out of college, they will use and abuse you. You’ll be up at 7 AM everyday finishing up your call sheet that they make you do yourself. And 8 AM strikes you’ll be starting you day off with the first meeting and from there DIAL DIAL DIAL don’t stop until the sun goes down. They have a time of unethical practice that I really do not know how are legal. Making us work 60 hour weeks but we only get paid for 48. We have to come in on weekends but those hours aren’t logged. Upper management has unrealistic and unclear expectations. They think RHM is the best of the best in the business and too achieve this they have to be different and have our workers do everything in person 60 hours a week. Highest turnover rate, because of burnout within first 3 months. I started in a office with 13 recruiters, by the time I left 10 had gone. And one month after I was gone 3 more followed. It’s a revolving door of bodies and that’s all they need. They do not care about you as a person they just need someone to dial the phone. I could go on and on but just don’t believe the lies they tell you and know your self worth, get out and stay out the grass is much greener elsewhere.

Pros

Free coffee and a lesson in what corporate gaslighting looks like. If you want to learn exactly how a modern boiler room works and get decent at handling cold-call rejection, you'll get that. Good for a line on a resume right out of college, but only if you plan on using it as a stepping stone to escape to a real company within 6 months.

Cons

A total bait-and-switch operation targeting desperate recent grads. I was promised a $50k salary + commission during the interview process. The moment I started, that magically devolved into $23/hr, then dropped further to $20/hr. Expect to work 60+ brutal hours a week while only getting paid for 48—straight-up uncompensated overtime labor. The commission structure is completely broken and rigged. Every time you are close to a meaningful commission check, management "audits" the accounts under a microscope just to find a technicality to claw it back so the company can pocket your hard work. High-churn, zero boundaries, and a culture built on micromanagement and empty promises.
