      Lots of work, friendly work environment, recession resistant due to mostly municipal customers. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Requires lots of independent work. Sometimes people are too busy to help if you need more guidance than average.

      Benefits, Pay, and Schedule Flexibility

      Cons

      Empty promises, undefined and ambiguous growth paths, not all employees are treated the same. Ambiguous performance metrics. Very few procedures are written down, and “everyone/each office does it differently” is a consistent statement. Onboarding and training is below standards.
