Busy, food is expensive, people tip appropriately. Good money. No tip pooling. Easy to set work schedule. 50 % stupid $8,000 furniture.
Cons
They care ZERO percent about the servers. It is set up and run by people who want robots, not human servers. No staff meal and only 25% off day of shift food. Like wtf, we are working in poverty and you gift us 50% off furniture but not food? Disrespectful. Side work is set up in a way that takes at least an hour. Floor is set up so it looks nice but nothing is there to actually support a busy restaurant. Back up forks, a bus tub, etc. No fresh air, like working in a terrarium. Even tho all walls and ceiling retract, the CEO doesn’t like using it. This is beautiful California. Super gross. Everyone is sweating including guests.
