RGT is invested in the growth of all of their employees, no matter your position. The partners are all easily accessible and approachable. They are as committed to their employees as they are to their clients. They value your opinions and really want all their employees to enjoy coming to work everyday. A few months ago, one of our clients told me that he knew he made the right decision choosing RGT as his advisor because he could tell that everyone who worked there loved their job and was happy to be there, which is so true. Happy employees lead to better client service.
Cons
Before the Covid-19 pandemic, we were not able to regularly work from home. However, they were starting to test work from home just before the pandemic started, and the transition to the entire firm being forced to work from home went so smoothly, that I think this is going to change.
