The culture is toxic. Hard work and dedication are not recognized or appreciated; instead, employees are made to feel small and incompetent. Collaboration across departments is non-existent. Sales staff treat underwriters like order-takers, frequently escalating issues without discussion and siding with brokers regardless of the circumstances.no clear career growth path unless you engage in office gossip or align yourself with management’s inner circle. Leadership is disconnected, dismissive, and fosters a fear-based environment.
