      Pros

      I really enjoyed working for REX, first as an Associate Agent and then Field Agent. The team I worked with was great. Great salary. I was actually paid more than I asked for.

      Cons

      Very shocked that I along with a lot others throughout the company were laid off August 2021.

      Lots of real estate resources and a good overall business concept

      Cons

      The effort to ensure that company culture was felt ended up coming across somewhat cult-ish, haha.
