Regarding commissions - A lot of thought and research goes into commission structures so anyone hitting quota should have the opportunity to make the same amount as their coworkers who are also hitting quota on a different campaign. This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

Cons

The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
