Pros

The people are friendly, for the most part. The company offers good training and appears to have good hiring practices.

Cons

Overall, the medical department appears to have an unusually high turnover rate. On-call set up for paramedics needs restructuring. The company request that you give 6 days of availability a month, including a full weekend. Medics do not get paid for being on call and are expected to respond in less than 90 minutes after dispatched. On average, you may get flown one or twice a month, depending on your availability and Season. The pay is only 22 per hour. Considering the level of experience they seek, I consider this quite low.

You have great earning potential. They really do care about what they do.

Cons

Everyone is great and knowledgeable but they are not necessarily great at relaying that information in training.
