Pros
All those previous "HR" reviews are 100% fake. We never had an HR Coordinator or Manager, definitely not since I started there. -Great company perks, such as PTO days, onsite reimbursement, and more -Company events (We'd have social outings, such as bowling nights and movie nights, and then semi-annual events which were always fun!) -Free parking onsite -DEI efforts, very diverse office and great initiatives, such as the DEI Committee, Women In Finance Committee, and Newcomers to Canada committee -Even though the company isn't small per say, there is still a small company environment that has an open door policy and multiple outlets for your voice to be heard -Option to work remote from another country for a few weeks, for those who have been with the company for at least a year
Cons
-Aside from the international remote work option and some exceptions on a case-by-case basis, everyone had to work onsite so REV is not for people looking to work remotely full time -Group benefits package and time off could be a bit better
