Pros

Friendly coworkers, laid back atmosphere, opportunities for those just starting out.

Cons

The pay is terrible--their entire model is based on doing things for as cheaply as possible. They get clients by underbidding competitors and promise the moon to the clients. They try to make this work by paying employees and freelancers as little as possible no matter how long you've been working there. If you ask for more they'll just move on to the next young, hungry person that doesn't know the value of their work. The office is drab and depressing.

Pros

Few pros about working here. I think seeing how they stretch a budget, but the reason for stretching jades that view.

Cons

Mismanagement of funds and inability to stay on top of trends. One example would be while working there the execs took a cut on production in exchange for product. That product was only for the execs and not shared with the group. Just kinda lame stuff and excuses like they take a cut in their own salaries meanwhile our wages aren't great either.
