Pros
La distanza che percorso per andare
Cons
L'orario che mi fanno fare
Pros
I enjoyed working at REMSA. Everyone was easy to approach and allowed me to guide my career. Although, I worked at the customer’s location, the HR and management was very helpful to me. I never had any issues. I was allowed to take time off when needed and never had any issues with my pay or any other benefits. They kept me informed. I enjoyed my job, the flexibility and hands off approach.
Cons
Don’t get to see management often. Based on the contract you may not get the opportunity to move up in position.
Pros
They had a recycling program for paper, glass and other materials. The building had some renovations in 2013.
Cons
Perhaps because the renovation was so expensive, the upstairs employees never got their cubicles cleaned anymore. The cleaning staff was told to do only the downstairs since that was where the customers were entertained. Half the building was filthy because employees were too busy working hard on actual projects to act as housekeepers. The management they got after May 2013 had no clue about managing employees, and allowed certain bullies carte blanche opportunities to micromanage women and minorities. These same bullies never micromanaged Caucasian males. There was a massive reduction in senior level staff and only senior level staff, after the death of the founder in 2013. As a result, some customers quit REMSA because the company no longer had the cumulative years of expertise on staff to do the work. I am shocked that the company has not gone out of business. Take a look at the ongoing turnover since 2013 and ask yourself if you have any potential for a future there.
