      Limited hours, still a retail environment that pushes for membership and credit card applications, current trajectory is cutting costs to improve long term growth and sustainability (at the cost of employee benefits)

      Where do I start? Inconsistent scheduling, never know what days you will be working week to week; highly incapable local management with chips on their shoulders making everyday life at your job ever so challenging; NOT ENOUGH STAFF to accomplish the work.
