Pros

ReGreen is a fast growth organization and the perfect environment for entrepreneurs or anyone who wants to learn and grow quickly. The environment is fast paced and extremely busy. recent hires of very talented senior leaders is driving the overall performance of the company. I was brought in 6 months ago to help support the fast growth of the company and to support the continuous improvement of employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as, customer service. We have made amazing progress in this short time. ReGreen is a company to watch.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be very significant. We look to hire those with a strong work ethic that are willing to do what it takes to get the job done right, the first time. This fast paced, performance measuring environment is not for everyone. If you can not work autonomously without a lot of one-on-one support this may not be the right opportunity for you.

Pros

P-wage jobs. Techs are all cool. Office staff is laid back.

Cons

They don't trust anyone here, techs do all the work and have no access to anything. Favors seniority even though they don't have certifications. They don't bid projects right and always put it on the technicians to make up for it. People in charge do not know and understand the work, and just say "figure it out." Constant last minute decisions and changes to plans throw off work and production, no one seems prepared for a job. Sometimes super busy, sometimes no work without warning. Need to know ahead of time. Crappy cars, never maintained, mostly dangerous and not safe. Been stranded a few times at the job site. Company needs to figure out credit card system or be prepared, home depot runs, reimbursement and waiting around cuts into production and they complain we are slow.
