Paid on Time, Individual Attention, Lots of Feedback, Wonderful Corporate Environment, Not Micromanaged, Lets you do your job for the client without being given lots of how to emails

Small Company, Corporate Office is not staffed fully, Don't know who is where, Never know what tomorrow might bring, Never a lead contractor.
