So little supervision that you don't have a clue what you are doing. They have online training modules, most of which make no sense. Management doesn't have a clue what they are doing. They are a tech company that has zero business in the food industry. I was told to serve spoiled food. There are no quality standards. Air conditioning in the kitchen trailers was miserable. They had us taking the temperature of the trailer throughout the day and it was regularly 95° and higher. I was made a bunch of promises to find them unanswered.
