Fantastic People on the service desk, ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3. Everyone likes to work hard and is always open to help each other! Lasting friends have been made from working here.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company is heading in the wrong direction. There has been a good amount of growth and with that comes changes. Many of these changes could be great for everyone, but the way they are being executed makes all of the service desk techs feel like they are being Micro-managed and unappreciated. In all honestly, it feels like there is no direction. They have been letting people go with no intention of replacing them, which just burns out the techs. There is a large amount of micromanagement that makes it difficult to enjoy what you are doing. Also, they promise growth and new opportunities but have yet to deliver. Communication is also very stunted between upper management and the techs, causing issue when there should not be. For those who are curious, compensation is low and raises are rare.
