Great people, good company to work for, most people have been there for a long time, and that is unheard of in a small software development company. Management is demanding but they are willing to listen and in my experience willing to compromise. The president has demonstrated to do the right thing for his employees when it counted most. I have always felt respected and appreciated while I worked there.

Average Health Insurance (But what health insurance is not average this days) Since they were purchased by Clyton holdings, it has suffered a lot of change and now they are victim to the whim of a larger corporation that has not invested the time with their employees. I do feel that with time this issues will improve, but it has impacted the dynamics of an smaller limber company.

Somewhat good benefits. That's about it.

Very high turn-over. Low professionalism of management. Poor technologies. As soon as I was hired I learned about massive lay offs that happened month or two prior. There is obvious group of employees that will stay with the company to the end no matter how badly they screw up. No too lucky for the rest of us or newcomers. There is nothing good about this company. It's a slowly dying dinosaur. You will not learn new skills. There is no procedures/processes in place. The positive review posted earlier this year is a bogus lie. Must have been posted by a hiring manager to attract applicants. I would not recommend my worst enemy to apply at this company, not to say about a friend. Highly stressful and toxic work environment due to unclear directions, massive bugs of application, and constant errors done during deployments. Worst company I've worked for.
