Pros
Excellent Benefits, quality apartments if you are required to live onsite, Corporate is always accessible to staff any time they have questions or concerns. Holiday Christmas party, bonus checks are always handed out, which is very nice! Monthly bonus for managers that keep property fully occupied. Corporate is very accepting of working parents who may need a change in schedule for kids medical appointments, and are very understanding if there is an emergency that requires you to leave early. Overall a very pleasant company to work for as long as you follow every rule and keep occupancy high. Has a close knit "family" type feel to it.
Cons
No room for advancement due to the size of the company. Office staff work a rotating schedule, and never know what days you will have off (schedule changes monthly). Landscapers and Maint staff have weekends off, while Managers and Leasing staff are only given 1 weekend off per month. Pay is on the lower side of the industry, More of a micro managed company, where staff has to check in multiple times daily with updates. No employee really has control over their own property.
