Pros

Great team to work with, no micro managing, free to create and implement neccesary proccesses to get things done. Fluidity with schedule as long as communication is open and projects completed in timely manner. Respect from management is at an all time high with the right people in place. Not corporate office structure.

Cons

Small company, many work remotely so teamwork is done through online avenues which is great for schedules and freedom, but sometimes having tangable energy in the office would be nice.

Pros

This is one of the best jobs/careers I have ever had the privilege of being a part of. You couldn't find a better group of employees or owners to work for. I learned more about marketing and sales here than anywhere else. This job afforded me the opportunity to hone my skills while immersing myself inside one of the largest industries in the country. The owners are some of the most generous and intelligent people I have ever met. We will be connected and friends for life. They are also my ongoing mentors and I hope in the future to work with them again. This job positioned me and gave me the opportunity to take an opportunity at DocuSign which then also allowed me to utilize their services from the vendor perspective. If they say they are going to do something THEY WILL DO IT!!! You are making a mistake if you don't consider a career with RE Technology.

Cons

Cons??? There are none!! AGAIN - best company on the central coast.

Pros

Some flexability and motivated sales team. The employees are usually very kind people.

Cons

Employees have some flexability because all employees are contracted. So, be aware that you will be 1099'd and that also means it comes with no 401k, pension, health benefits, etc.. They also look for fresh college graduates or young people, specifically, because they do not like to pay competitive wages. The owners (CEOs) come off as very caring, family people when you first meet them but as soon as someone leaves, even amicably, they are very catty about that person and usually talk down about them. It was very disheartening to hear. It is also very, very hard to receive a raise. I worked there for a year, had postive employee reviews from management, every few months, but always got denied a raise. They expect a lot out of you and don't give a lot back in return. The CEO of RE Technology is very suspicious of his employees and it makes all your efforts feel lost. *I left the company on my own terms because I found a new place of employment.
