      Pros

      The pay was good at $12/hr. The part time hours were steady and went well with my other part time job.

      Cons

      I didn't realize my job was temporary until after the realtor I worked for lost a client due to a disagreement they had over the weekend that had nothing to do with me.

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
