Pros

Flexible hours within a timeframe Paid drive time and mileage Decent pay depending on which jobs you’re working That’s pretty much it

Cons

Working at retail data was great for the first month or so. Then I had no communication with management, and was expected to work 60 hours a week when I was part time. Everything was always confusing because my manager was incompetent and had never worked at the data collector level. I wound up leaving because i had a nervous breakdown in Walmart from the stress and lack of sleep. I miss the paycheck but I would never go back to this job.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
