Pros

They do offer benefits and have paid training with weekly quality checks. They do have an okay work culture not accounting for the customers calling in lol.

Cons

When I first started it was a pretty good job pay wasn’t that good but my supervisor was amazing. However after she was replaced the new supervisor had no time for questions and always cut the quality meets short and little to no work life balance.

Pros

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
